At Vita Pasta, pasta is more than something we make — it's something we've built our life around.

The name Vita means life in Italian, and that idea has always been at the heart of what we do: bringing people together around good food, creating with intention, and keeping alive the simple tradition of making pasta fresh.

Since 2014, Vita Pasta has been crafting fresh pasta in Florida for chefs, restaurants, hotels, and families who believe there is a difference between simply eating pasta and experiencing pasta made with care.

We believe pasta should be simple.

Our signature fresh pasta begins with high-quality durum wheat semolina and water. No unnecessary fillers. No complicated ingredient list. Just carefully selected ingredients transformed into beautiful pasta, made fresh in small batches.

Every shape is bronze-die extruded, giving our pasta its naturally textured surface. Unlike the smooth finish of mass-produced pasta, that slightly rough texture helps sauces cling to every curve, ridge, and strand.

The result is pasta with a beautiful bite and the ability to turn even the simplest sauce into something special.

For years, Vita Pasta has worked behind the scenes supplying fresh pasta to professional kitchens throughout Florida. Today, we're bringing that same pasta directly to your home.

With more than 35 cuts and shapes, there is always something new to discover — from familiar favorites like spaghetti, linguine, and rigatoni to distinctive Italian shapes you may have never cooked before.

And because it's fresh, dinner doesn't have to take all night.
